Find Your Mud Puddle

Did you ever get a crazy idea and instead of pushing it aside, you said, “what the heck – let’s do this!”  That very thing happened to me two days ago and here we are with a “Devo on the Go” video to explain this crazy idea #findyourmudpuddle.

So if you’re not afraid to get dirty and have a little fun, hit the play button.

Come on mamas! Let’s do this! I’d love nothing more than to scroll through my Instagram or Facebook feed and see mamas everywhere jumping in glorious mud puddles. It’s life changing. You’ll never be able to walk by a mud puddle again without wanting to squish your toes down in!

What a smile those photos/videos will bring to a tired mama’s face and awesome reminder to drink in those little pockets of joy that are all around us and yet so often, we get too busy to enjoy. Together, we can start a movement to encourage mamas everywhere to not miss out on finding their passion and joy in the present.

Don’t forget to include #findyourmudpuddle. The first ten brave mamas who post a photo of themselves in mud lovin’ glory will get their very own #findyourmudpuddle t-shirt! Come on – you know you want one! Feel free to get your kiddos in on the action too!

Not on social media? No worries. You can still join in the fun. Send a photo to me at jennifer@jenniferlouisediaz.com.

Please share this video and spread the #findyourmudpuddle love!

Alright now –  go! Find your mud puddle!!

  1. A little while ago, I consciously stopped watching my kids special occasions through the camera or iPhone lens, and started really watching – being present. I may not have those “in the moment” records for the future, but I’ll have a better memory (I hope)!

  2. Just took a study brain break….. There weren’t mud puddles but Zac and I played lightsabers in the rain.

  3. Oh my goodness!!! Initially, when I saw your photo on facebook, I thought….”Oh my word, I would just die if I found myself or my child in any kind of dirt at all, let alone mud!!” Natalie doesn’t like getting “dirty”. Maybe…..because of me! Well, I am really glad this was your message for this week. I’m doing it!!! 🙂
